What we collect

• Email address, when you buy, sign in, or ask to save your free-test result.
• Test activity: which questions you answered, your answers, scores and timing, so we can show your progress.
• Technical data: IP address and browser details in server logs, kept briefly for security and abuse prevention.
• Payment data is collected and stored by Paddle, our merchant of record. We receive your email, the product bought and the transaction ID, never your card number.

How we use it

To deliver the Service, send sign-in links and receipts, show your progress, answer support requests, and send occasional emails about updates to exams you own. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. We do not sell personal data.

Analytics

We use privacy-respecting, cookie-free page analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics). Our sign-in cookie is strictly necessary for the Service.

Providers

Cloudflare (hosting, database, analytics), Paddle (payments), Resend (email delivery). If a feature sends your text to an AI provider to generate a response, the page will say so before you use it.

Retention

Account and progress data are kept while your account exists. Email us to delete your account; purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correction or deletion at any time: support@scenariocert.com. We honour requests from any jurisdiction.

Children

The Service is not directed at children under 16.
