1. The service

ScenarioCert provides practice questions, explanations and study tools for IT certification exams ("the Service"). The Service is sold and billed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), which handles payment, tax and invoices. Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.

2. Licence

A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the purchased exam bank for your own study. You may not copy, scrape, redistribute, resell or publish the questions or explanations, or share your account.

3. No guarantee of passing

The Service is a study aid. We do not guarantee that you will pass any exam. Questions are original and are not actual exam questions. Content is provided "as is" and may contain errors; we correct errors we find or that you report.

4. AI-assisted content

Questions and explanations are drafted with the help of AI tools and reviewed by a human before publication. If a feature on the site uses AI to generate a response for you at the time you use it, the page will say so.

5. Accounts

You sign in with a link sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping access to that mailbox secure. We may suspend accounts used for scraping or sharing.

7. Trademarks

ScenarioCert is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft or Amazon. Exam names are used only to identify the exams the material prepares you for.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for exam fees, lost earnings or indirect losses.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.
